		<description>Obviously we are thrilled with this article and love with Max Gladwell is trying to do with open sourcing the post itself. Was disappointed to see some websites make edits (which were allowed) without notifying their readers that they had taken liberties with the original post.  Very innovative concept though and some inspirational ideas proposed.</description>
